Cloud Connectors

Overview

Cloud Connectors enable seamless server-side integrations between the LoginRadius Cloud Storage and third-party applications. These integrations are event-driven, triggered by over 40 action triggers, and operate automatically in real time. With Cloud Connectors, data flows securely and efficiently between LoginRadius and external services, eliminating manual intervention.

Additionally, Server-Side Cloud Connectors allow direct interaction between LoginRadius and third-party services through platform-specific mechanisms, such as APIs. These integrations require no programming effort from your side, as the LoginRadius Implementation Team manages all configurations and maintenance.’

Use Case

  1. Automated User Syncing – Seamlessly sync user data between LoginRadius and third-party applications like CRMs, analytics platforms, or marketing tools.

  2. Real-Time Event Notifications – Trigger automated notifications (e.g., emails, SMS, push alerts) when users register, log in, or update their profiles.

  3. Third-Party Authentication Integration – Connect LoginRadius with enterprise identity providers like Okta, Azure AD, or Salesforce for secure authentication.

  4. Data Compliance & Storage – Ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR CCPA by transferring user data to data warehouses or archival systems.

  5. Fraud Detection & Security Alerts – Send suspicious login attempts or high-risk transactions to fraud detection systems for enhanced security.

Key Features

  • Automated Two-Way Data Syncing: Data is updated in real-time across platforms to ensure consistency.

  • Customizable Data Mapping: Define how data is structured and transferred based on business needs.

  • Flexible Business Rules: Set conditions to control data flow and trigger-based execution.

  • Pre & Post-Event Logic: Apply pre-processing and post-processing rules to refine data handling.

Supported Features

LoginRadius Server-Side Integrations support various actions, including:

  • Data Mapping & Logic

Control the data flow between LoginRadius and third-party applications, ensuring compliance with predefined requirements before transmission.

  • Event Tracking

Leverage over 40 pre-configured event triggers such as user registration, login, profile update, and custom object deletion to initiate automated workflows.

  • Pre & Post-Event Processing

Customize workflows by applying pre-event transformations or post-event processing to refine data or trigger additional actions based on business logic.

Cloud Connector Integration

Cloud Connector Flows define how data moves from LoginRadius to third-party applications. These flows ensure seamless data exchange in real-time, allowing businesses to automate processes and enhance integrations. The primary flows are Outflow, where LoginRadius sends data to external platforms, and Inflow, where third-party applications push data into LoginRadius. Each flow is designed to be configurable, secure, and efficient, enabling flexible data synchronization based on business needs.

There are two types of cloud connector Integrations.

Outflow Integration

The Outflow connector is triggered by specific user actions within LoginRadius, such as login, registration, or profile updates. Once an event occurs, the Cloud Connector Platform executes pre-defined workflows and transfers relevant data to third-party applications.

Customizations Available in Outflow

  • Custom Data Field Mappings: Normalize LoginRadius data before sending it to external platforms.
  • Pre & Post-Event Hooks: Enhance workflows by supplementing data or executing additional actions post-connector execution.
  • Business Rule Enforcement: Filter and control data flow, ensuring only relevant data reaches third-party applications.

Inflow Integration

The Inflow connector enables third-party applications to push data into LoginRadius via a designated API endpoint. Once data is received, LoginRadius executes predefined processing rules and updates the cloud storage accordingly.

Capabilities of Inflow Connectors

  • Data Normalization: Convert incoming data into a standardized user format.
  • Data Validation & Compliance: Ensure received data meets business rules and LoginRadius security standards.
  • API-Driven Actions: Trigger operations within the LoginRadius ecosystem using submitted data.

Advance Features

  • Retry Logic

The LoginRadius Server-Side Cloud Connector Platform ensures fail-safe integrations with third-party services through an intelligent retry mechanism. If an API request fails, it retries every 30 seconds, up to five times, reducing data loss risks. If all retries fail, the request is logged for transparency and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity.

  • Queue-Based Processing

Cloud Connectors use queue-based processing to manage high-volume data transfers efficiently. Requests are queued and processed sequentially or in batches, preventing system overload and ensuring reliable execution. This approach optimizes data synchronization, reducing failures and improving stability in large-scale integrations.

  • Parallel Processing for High Performance

Cloud Connectors leverage parallel processing to execute multiple integration tasks simultaneously, significantly reducing latency and improving scalability. Distributing workloads across multiple threads enables faster data synchronization, making it ideal for real-time, high-throughput applications.
