My Account
The Profile Management section within the LoginRadius Admin Console allows team members to manage their personal information and security settings. They can easily update profile details, manage connected social accounts, and reset passwords.
Profile Management
Information regarding your account can be found under the My Account section of the Admin console. The profile section in my account allows you to view and edit your personal information.
Additionally, you can manage social accounts under:

- Connect Additional Accounts: This allows you to connect other social provider accounts.
You can update your profile by clicking the Edit My Profile button, modifying the necessary fields, and then selecting Save Changes.

Login Session
You can view your previous login activities and sessions on the LoginRadius Admin Console. You will see a list of sessions under this section where you’re logged in. Each entry includes a date, time, location, and access type. Click the SIGNOUT ALL WEB SESSIONS button to log out of all sessions. You will get a prompt to confirm if you wish to log out from all the sessions. Once you click the Proceed button, you will be logged out from all sessions, including the one you are currently logged into.
Security
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhances account security by requiring additional verification steps to log in to the LoginRadius Admin Console. This extra layer of protection helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
MFA Configuration Methods
There are two ways to configure Multi-Factor Authentication:
Method | Description |
---|---|
Authenticator App | Verify identity using a time-based OTP generated by an authenticator app. |
SMS Verification | Receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. |
MFA Configuration Steps
After logging in to LoginRadius Admin Console, navigate to My Account > Security and follow the table below that outlines the steps to configure both verification methods:

- Upon enabling MFA, a set of 10 backup codes will be provided.
- Each code can be used only once.
- You can generate a new set of backup codes at any time, automatically deactivating the old ones.
- Store backup codes securely in a safe place where you keep other sensitive information.
- If all backup codes are used or lost, you can reset them or contact LoginRadius support for assistance.
Updating or Recovering Your Mobile Number
- If you need to change your mobile number, click the Update Number button and repeat the verification process.
- If you lose access to your phone, you can:
- Use one of your backup codes to log in.
- Retrieve the same phone number from your mobile provider.
- Contact LoginRadius support for further assistance.
Account Access
Click the toggle button if you want to allow the LoginRadius production support team to give access to your admin console.
