Save Segmentation

The Saved Segmentation option allows you to view the list of saved segmentation from the Basic and Advanced segmentation.

The following explains how you can access and apply the saved segmentations:

Step 1: Log in to your Admin Console account, navigate to Profile Management > Customer Segmentation and select Saved Segmentation from the left navigation panel.

Step 2: The above screen displays the list of already saved segmentation(s). To apply a segment, click the respective Apply The Segment button.

The application redirects you to the respective basic or advanced segment screen with the applied filter. There you can view the results and export data if required. For more details, refer to the Basic Segemention or Advanced Segmentation section.
