Webhooks are available in our Developer Premium and Enterprise plans.
Do you support webhooks?
Yes. LoginRadius supports WebHooks to automatically send a payload based on the event to the configured URL in real-time. Please refer to webhook documentation for more details.
Do you offer ways to retrieve user data in bulk?
The Cloud Directory API is available in our Enterprise plans which allow bulk data retrieval via API.
Does LoginRadius allow for us to integrate with client side tracking services (i.e. Google analytics)?
Yes, The LoginRadius Javascript Libraries are structured to be easily extensible with third-party client side scripts. In addition to this LoginRadius directly maintains prebuilt libraries for common industry standard tracking, chat and other client side services.
Can I integrate the user data to my marketing or CRM system?
Yes, one can integrate to any 3rd party applications. Check out our integrations page for more details.
Is there a team that supports us during implementation?
We have email support across all our plans and chat support for our Developer Premium users. Under our Enterprise and Developer Premium plans, we also have various levels of implementation support to streamline the deployment process.
How do I migrate my existing users to your product?
Our Self Serve Data Migration service allows you to migrate your existing user data to your LoginRadius cloud storage. Using this feature users are uploaded via CSV into the LoginRadius admin console with a configurable field mapping.
For larger migrations or to migrate existing passwords in our Developer premium or Enterprise plans, a dedicated migration team will work with you to ensure that your data is ingested into LoginRadius seamlessly.
How do we migrate existing customer profile data into the LoginRadius platform?
The LoginRadius data migration service allows you to import customer profile data from another application/service/database into the LoginRadius database by uploading a CSV file and mapping desired fields to LoginRadius data fields.

What SDK Library do you offer?
LoginRadius has developed SDKs with a Demo project and detailed usage documentation for all the most popular programming languages including HTML5, ASP.Net, Java, PHP, Coldfusion, Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc. These SDKs are entirely open-source, allowing you to build off and modify the code to serve your unique requirements.
Does the platform provide any SDKs?
LoginRadius provides SDKs in all major programming languages e.g. Node.js, .net, PHP, Java, etc. to make LoginRadius API calls from your application. Please see this documentation for the availability of SDKs in various programming languages.
Does LoginRadius support Mobile apps?
Similar to web SDKs, LoginRadius provides mobile SDKs for various mobile platforms like Android, iOS, React Native, etc.

What CMS plugins do you nativly support?

Is there an SLA in place for support functions?
Support Response time SLAs are available in our Enterprise plans only.
What are the Support ticket response times?
Support tickets are triaged by our 24/7 support team immediately. The support ticket response time varies depending on the severity of the issue and troubleshooting time. Our average Tech Support Response Time is 32 Minutes.
Do you provide chat, email support for all the plans? Even for the free plan?
24/7 Email support is available for all the paid plans. Whereas, the live chat support is applicable only for Developer Premium and Enterprise plans.
Where can I check if LoginRadius APIs are available or track system downtime?
LoginRadius guarantees 99.99% uptime under our standard SLA. We have achieved 100% availability for the last 2 years. You can track the LoginRadius system's status at https://status.loginradius.com.
Is there tech support available under these plans?
Yes. 24/7 email support from LoginRadius Engineers is available in all plans.
How can I create a Support ticket?
You can create a support ticket under the Support section in the LoginRadius Dashboard. Please see the documentation for more details.
What is Monthly Active User (MAU)?
Monthly Active User (MAU) is any user who signs up, authenticates and/or uses an authentication token on the platform at least once in a calendar month. Once they authenticate during that calendar month, they are considered a MAU and can authenticate unlimited number of times during that calendar month.
Can I upgrade the free plan?
The Free Plan is free forever, but you can upgrade to Developer or Developer Premium plan anytime you want.
If I surpass the Free Plan user limit, do I need to upgrade the Developer Plan?
Yes, if you pass the Free Plan users mark, you need to upgrade to the Developer Plan (or any of the other plans that fit your needs) and select the right amount of users for your use case.
What happens when I surpass 7,000 users under Free Plan?
If you surpass 7,000 users, you need to upgrade to either Developer or Developer Premium plan. If you do not, the new user signs will be disabled, however, your existing users will continue using the system as configured.
What is the duration of the free trial? Will my account be activated after the trial?
It is a 21-day free trial. During or after the trial period, you can choose to continue with the selected plan. If not, your account will remain active, but it will be downgraded to the Free Plan.
After an order has been placed, how and when can access the products / platform?
After you have processed the payment, your trial account will immediately be upgraded.
Do you offer any discount on the pricing?
Yes, there is an annual pricing discount where you can save up to 12.5%. You can upgrade to annual pricing anytime.
Does LoginRadius offer any discounts?
Yes. We offer a 12.5% discount on an annual subscription and have special pricing for non-profit organizations. Those interested in migrating from an existing customer identity provider may be eligible for additional discounts, please contact our team for more information.
Is there any other method for pricing apart from Monthly Active User (MAU) Pricing?
Developer plan pricing is based on Monthly Active Users only.
Is there feature / add-on based pricing?
Yes, There are add-on features available in the Developer Premium plan. See a detailed breakdown of available features in each plan here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What currency do you accept?
Currently, we accept payments in USD only.
If I don’t need to use this product anymore, can I cancel my subscription?
Our Developer Plans are available with a monthly subscription which you can cancel at any time.
Can I get refund for any of the plans?
As we offer free trial and monthly subscription option, if you do not want to use our services, you can stop your subscription anytime. Due to that reason, we cannot offer refunds.
If I am on annual pricing when is my MAU calculated and invoiced?
MAUs are calculated every month and adjusted against your annual billing amount.
Are there any applicable taxes?
Customers are responsible for applicable local taxes (GST, HST, etc). Please feel free to contact us to confirm the details.
Our legal department would like to make some changes to your Software License Agreement. Is that okay?
Within LoginRadius's current price structure, we're unable to make any changes to our standard customer terms. If you consider our pricing model and the costs of creating and managing individual agreements with each of our customers, you can begin to understand our position. Maintaining standard terms with all of our customers allows us to focus our resources on meeting our obligations under these agreements. Do keep in mind of course that our customer terms have been very carefully authored as per industry standard.
What are the protocol standards that the LoginRadius APIs are developed?
The LoginRadius API is developed with OpenID Connect (OAuth 2.0 protocol) standards, which is the same technology used by industry leaders such as Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn for their authentication and platform APIs.
What are the different cloud platforms your application is deployed?
LoginRadius platform has a multi-cloud architecture and is deployed in the following cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Ali Cloud.
Can we select which cloud platform is our primary?
LoginRadius provides regional data storage for all Developer and Enterprise plans. In the Enterprise plan further granular controls are also available to select specific service providers.
Do you have a way our Admins / Service Desk / Support can help with common user actions?
Yes, Common user actions such as Account Recovery, Account Removal, Forgot Password and Account Update can be directly handled from the LoginRadius Admin Console where your team can assist users via a simple GUI.
How can we support other transactional emails not directly listed in your set of emails?
LoginRadius can be integrated with any email/SMTP servers to send email notifications to your users. Emails not natively supported by LoginRadius can be sent directly as part of your consumer workflows from your SMTP or Mailing Service.
How do we configure our Email and SMS provider?
You can configure your company's SMTP or SMS provider in the LoginRadius dashboard to handle delivery of emails or SMS messages to your consumers. Check out our documentation on how to configure your Email/SMS providers.
Is your application single tenant or multi-tenant?
Free, Developer and Developer Premium Plans are offered through a multi-tenant environment; however, we deploy separate data repositories for each customer. When a new customer account is created in the LoginRadius system, a new database instance is provisioned for that customer with a unique set of name and configuration key. It is an independent database that only holds the information of one customer, and the information cannot be shared with any other customer or database. Single-tenant and private cloud offerings are available with our Enterprise plans.
Is there a limit to the number of web/mobile apps one can configure in LoginRadius?
There are no limits on the number of web/mobile apps which can be configured under any LoginRadius plan.
Do you offer Multi-Factor authentication?
Multifactor Authentication is available in our Developer Premium as an add-on.
What forms of multifactor or enhanced Authentication does LoginRadius support?
Yes, LoginRadius supports various forms of multifactor authentication including, SMS based tokens, Authenticator applications, Pin based authentication, Security questions, Adaptive authentication and more.

Do you offer customization to the login Interfaces including whitelabel?
Yes, all LoginRadius Interfaces are structured to be fully customizable and configurable allowing for full control of your Consumer Experience.
Does LoginRadius provide any out-of-box, no-code identity templates or workflows?
Yes, LoginRadius provides a hosted Consumer authentication and registration workflow called the Identity Experience Framework (IDX). This is a ready-to-use solution for all the Consumer Identity Management actions including registration, authentication, account recovery, and profile management. What authentication methods does the platform support?
LoginRadius provides various methods to let you manage Login and Registration options for your application. The available methods are:
Standard Login - Traditional email login process where a user creates an account and log in with their email and password. Please refer to this documentation for more information.
Social Login - Authentication service that allows users to register and/or log in to your site or app using their social profile credentials. Please refer to this documentation for more details.

LoginRadius provides various themes for the Identity Experience Framework (IDX). These themes can be further customized using CSS and JavaScript. Please refer to this documentation for more details.
How do we manage email and SMS templates?
LoginRadius provides pre-defined Email and SMS templates that are easy to customize for all the applicable workflows in the language of your choice. Please refer to this documentation for more details.
Does the solution support single sign-on between websites, applications and domains?
The LoginRadius Web SSO libraries leverage browser based consumer sessions along with easy to use libraries and mechanisms that allow customers to maintain a single authenticated consumer state across all of their web and mobile properties.

How do we create roles for consumers?
LoginRadius allows you to create and manage various roles and permissions for your consumers directly from the LoginRadius dashboard and/or via direct API transactions.

What API security features are available to prevent malicious use i.e. known bad IPs, IP flagging if increased amount of failed requests, traffic pattern analysis etc.?
The application has end-to-end SSL encryption from the end-user to the internal database. The API calls always go through HTTPS from end-user to LoginRadius application server and with another SSL encryption between LoginRadius application servers and internal databases.
Does the platform secure data at rest and in transit?
LoginRadius provides end-to-end in-transit encryption from the end user’s browser to the LoginRadius cloud application, as well as internal data server encryption. LoginRadius data storage also offers the highest level of security by using data encryption at rest.
How do we manage user sessions in the applications?
LoginRadius provides you with the ability to control and manage your user's login session via:
Token lifetime - Token lifetime allows you to configure the time duration a user can be logged in to your application. Once it expires, the user will be prompted to log in again.
Force logout - Enabling the force logout option allows you to expire all active sessions of a customer when they reset or change their password.
Remember me - Remember me allows your users to stay logged in even after closing the browser until the token lifetime expires. This will display a "Remember Me" checkbox on your application login page.

Is there a way to manage password rules like defining the password rules for expiration, history, and complexity?
The Password Policy feature allows you to enhance authentication security by defining the password rules. This guide will help you in setting a Password Policy using various password scales.
Can we restrict account access based on failed login attempts?
LoginRadius Brute Force Lockout feature allows you to restrict account access based on failed login attempts. Once the limit of failed login attempts is reached, the customer will either get suspended for the configured period or prompted to complete an additional security step to log in. To set up Brute Force Lockout, refer to this documentation.
What captcha settings does the platform support?
LoginRadius supports bot protection using Google ReCAPTCHA and/or QQ Captcha. To enable captcha for your site, refer to this documentation.
How do we authorize domains to access your platform?
You can whitelist domains under the configuration section in the Dashboard. Please refer to this documentation for more details.
Does the platform remove any duplicate records during the migration process?
The LoginRadius platform directly handles duplication of records during data migration or consumer creation by matching verified email or phone numbers.
Does the solution support migrating hashed passwords?
LoginRadius team can migrate the existing hashed passwords to avoid resetting consumer passwords after the data migration is complete.
Does the solution support migrating plain text or Encrypted passwords?
The LoginRadius Data Migration service in the LoginRadius Dashboard allows you to migrate plain text text passwords in a CSV file. LoginRadius also provides services to support migrating hashed passwords or complex data mappings.
What hashing algorithms do you support for passwords?
LoginRadius supports various hashing algorithms for passwords including PBKDF2, SHA, MD5, etc.

How do we add a team member to the dashboard?

Can we define various roles for team members?

Does the platform provide any logs for internal users?
The Activity Logs section in the dashboard shows records of all recent account activities performed by your team members.

What steps does LoginRadius take to ensure Data Encryption best practices and Privacy compliances?
LoginRadius data stores have the highest levels of security available. The cloud database is behind a firewall and can only be accessed via our whitelisted IP addresses and application servers. We maintain and manage access logs for any database connection and data queries.
Does your platform support DPA (Data Protection Agreement) from my local country?
A Data protection agreement can be provided as part of the Developer Premium and Enterprise plans.
Can you provide details on the PII information that your system gathers?
Customers have full control over the PII data that is captured in LoginRadius. You can choose which data is requested from users at various stages of Consumer interactions.
Can we change our preferred data center location of our choice?
Yes. A data center change is possible in our developer Premium and Enterprise plans, This needs to be coordinated with your account manager.
Why should I trust LoginRadius with my users?
Security is our utmost priority. For starters, we follow security best practices for storing user credentials: they are never stored in plain text, and all passwords are hashed and salted using state-of-the-art algorithms.
We also implement proactive security measures for your projects such as password breach detection, using a huge database of leaked passwords, and brute-force attack detection. Automated rate-limiting checks and denial of service mitigation procedures are also in place.

What happens when I stop using LoginRadius?
When you decide to migrate away from LoginRadius, you can simply migrate all the data including password hash to new system and we will delete all the data at our end.
How do you charge for overage?
If and when there is overage in your account, the system will automatically generate invoice and charge the amount. You can see details on overage in your LoginRadius web console.
What is the performance of your identity and authentication platform?
We take pride in delivering the best performance in the market (over 99.99% uptime on monthly basis) and openly display our statistics on our status page. Please visit our status page to see the performance metrics including Uptime, API Response time and incident reporting.
Is there a performance SLA in place?
The Developer Premium plan includes a 99.99% uptime on monthly basis. Additional API performance SLAs are available with our Enterprise plans.
What API rate limits and how are you measure rate limits (Per second, Total concurrent Etc.)?
See our acceptable use document for details on rate limits for your plan.
Can we increase the API rate limit on our site? On our Dev site?
Higher API thresholds are available in our Enterprise plans only.
What happens in case of downtime?
All downtime incidents (full or Partial) are logged directly against the LoginRadius Status page where you can see full system details including Uptime and performance across LoginRadius systems. For Developer Premium plan, if it is breach of the uptime SLA, we will automatically credit the applicable amounts to your account.
Does the platform have a data recovery or disaster recovery procedure in place?
Yes, the LoginRadius platform covers all industry standard data management procedures and is audited as part of our Compliance certifications.
